Creamy Chicken Stew
Make this recipe using rotisserie chicken, canned chicken or even leftover turkey. It's so easy on a weeknight to throw it all together and have dinner on the table in just a few minutes. We love to pair this with cheesy flakey biscuits or serve it over egg noodles for a complete meal.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray and add all veggies. Cook on med/high until tender
Coat with flour and add butter stirring together until a paste forms and is slightly browned
Wisk in broth a little at a time to avoid lumps in flour.
Add cooked chicken and any frozen or cooked veggies and stir until warmed through and liquid starts to bubble
Turn heat down and add milk and cheese, continue to cook until cheese is melted
Taste for salt and pepper and season as needed - serve warm over cheesy biscuits (recipe here: https://www.savingwith6.com/recipes/cheesy-flakey-biscuits/ )
