Instant Pot (IP) Ribs
Yes, you can make ribs in your Instant Pot! It only takes 30-45 min for tender juicy ribs that fall off the bone.
Remove ribs from packaging and slice and pull off silver skin.
Coat ribs in dry rub covering all sides and let marinate for about 1 hour.
Pour water, liquid smoke and vinegar into IP. Place metal rack on bottom of pot and wrap ribs around inside of pot or cut into pieces and arrange on metal rack.
Set IP for 30 min for Baby back or 45 min for Spare Ribs
Once time is up, let sit for 5 minutes before releasing pressure. Cut into sections and server or add BBQ sauce if desired. You can also brown the ribs in the broiler or air fryer for about 3-5 minutes if you'd prefer them crispier.
