Our Favorite Pizza Crust

We love this crust - not too thick or thin and can be ready in as little as 5 minutes. With a total cook time of 20 min, that's even faster than delivery and WAY cheaper too!

 1 package rapid rise yeast = 2 1/4 tsps
 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C
 2 ½ cups flour
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp salt

In your stand mixer add all ingredients in order. Let Mix for about 5 minutes using a bread hook if you have one or kneed by hand until all combined and smooth. (add 2 tbs of flour at a time if too wet)

Let rest for 5 minutes while oven preheats to 425 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Turn dough out onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan.

Bake for 5 minutes to dry out before adding toppings.

Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
